Maintenance plan cancel

We took a extended maintenance plan for our vehicle. We we sold the vehicle we send a mail to cancel the maintenance plan. I received a mail that is was cancelled. At the end of the month they still deduct the money from my bank account. The policy period expired and they still deduct the money. I phoned numerous times to see if I can get this sorted but no luck.
