Maintenance plan

<p>I bought a car last year in January and took a maintenance paln with liquid capital. When i took the car for 30000km service at Renualt Fountains in Pretoria , they said my brakes were finished as well as the discs and i could not claim from maintenance plan due to driver negligence. So i had to pay R2 800. What is a maintenance plan for if i cant claim? Is it not the responsibility of the service providers to service my car and pick out if something is wrong? Is it possible that a car could finish brakes within services? And why am i paying for maintenance if I cant claim for it? this is day light robery . we pay for a service we do not get.</p>
