Through some misunderstanding on my part, I did not take my car in for a service at the time it was supposed to be taken in. So obviously the insurance did not want to pay for the service. However, I called them and a lady by the name of Pearl assisted me. She was absolutely wonderful. I explained my situation to her, she promised to see what can be done to assist me. About two hours later she called me back with the great news that they will pay as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Pearl and LiquidCapital. you really went out of your way to assist me
