I asked for a 3 year service plan and was signed up for a 5 year one. Now I am trying to get Liquid Capital to correct this and they are giving me the run around, asking for service history all the time. My car has never been serviced with Liquid Capital as this is a new contract. When I ask why the history is required, they do not give me a straight answer. I just get told they need it to assist me. To assist with what??
