Worst company by far. I had renewed my service with them September 2020 only for them to tell me on May 2021 when my car is due for service that my account with them has been cancelled. This company has been taking money from me since my renewal with them they claim to have cancelled my service plan with them. I had to pay for my own service yet again after they continuously debited my account. This is a ********** company, not to be trusted they always have excuses as to why they do not pay out their claims. Poor customer service and definitely not trustworthy, they deserve a minus rating(-10/10) not to be taken by anyone.
