Liquid Capital worst service provider. Poorest services ever

I'm so dissapointed with Liquid Capital. They are so dishonest. I booked a car servive with a dealer for 75 000km for 28 March. Then the booking got cancelled due to lockdown. Then after I got another booking for 09 May. But when I took the car for service. Liqud Capital declined to pay for the service. I called them to enquire they said the KM's are above. I explained that my husband has been driving the car during lockdown. They asked me to submit proof that he's part of essential services and an explanation. I submitted the proof and explained to them that we've have been using the car together even before lockdown, and during lockdown he was left to use the car by himself. I called and they confirmed receival of the mail... and promised to callback within 4 hours. I found myself doing the calling days later. And they still didn't have feedback for me. I've also indicated that they have been deducting money from my account with no problems... but they giving problems when they should deliver an honour their contract. May 27 I got an sms Query CAS-723568-L5G0G8 promising a callback. Still no callback. Even worse May 25 they deducted money from me. Even tomorrow June 25 they are due to deduct. Is it fair for me to pay Liquid Capital for free. My car needs a service asap. Liquid Capital doesn't care. They will be deducting with confidence every 25th til December 2020. But they refuse to pay for my car service. I'm still waiting for their callback while km's are running on my car. I don't have cash to service my car cos I'm paying Liquid Capital to do so. Calling liquid capital costs... their deductions cost... I have to service my car with privately and that costs. Liquid Capital is benefiting **********ly while I'm losing. Why are you still taking my money... Is this fair? I would never recommend this company to anyone even my worst enemy. I even tried to log a complaint on their website... the submit button does not respond. The webpage just times you out. How convinient.
