LIQUID CAPITAL - WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I do not recommend this company at all. Worst service I have ever experienced. I phoned Liquid Capital yesterday to confirm that everything is in order with my policy as my car needs to go in for a service tomorrow.

The consultant (Sydney) promised me twice to get back to me as I am still waiting. After I phoned them back, I have been told that my policy is cancelled due to arrears, after they deducted R2244 from my account this month, and claiming that there is another R900 outstanding.

This total amount equals to 7 months of arrears which I have not been notified per mail or telephonically with regards to the outstanding amounts.

According to the Manager Briani it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up on the accounts and not their responsibility.... She claims that this has been sent per text message as I have not received anything hence the reason why I am so upset.

After all the years I have been a client to this company this is the way they treat their customers.
