Liquid Capital waste of money!
I have been paying just short of R500 pm for over a year on a service plan. The policy document states that service intervals are 15000km or ANNUALLY ! Its over a year that the vehicle was serviced but they refuse to authorise a service based on this??? x6 phonecalls asking for a senior person to call me back and 3 emails later with no response! Sorry for you Liquid Capital. Policy cancelled!!! Rating -10 if I could!

I would strongly suggest that when a client asks for something to be escalated that he is contacted within the hour by a manager or supervisor! This could have been resolved within the hr yesterday not a day and a half later! Thank you.
