Liquid Capital Useless!
This company is atrociously poor and consumers are advised to give them a wide berth. The policy division is a shambles and you can never get through to them - when extending a car service plan where they already had all the vehicle details on their own system, they suddenly had the incorrect details on their own system? when taking a vehicle in for service they then said the vehicle is not covered - took two weeks, multiple calls and emails and eventually threats to get it sorted out. received a new policy document and now again when the vehicle was taken in for a service today they have refused as they now say that no payments have been received when the debit order has gone off every month (again not a new policy - was just an extension). This company should not be in business as they clearly have no financial competency what soever and I will be reporting this to the FSB.

17 Aug 2021, 10:18I have received no calls this morning at all. Your team is in serious trouble if they believe that they did??? we have cancelled the policy now and will insist that all monthly installments are repaid as you have failed to honour your policy. It really is a poor reflection on the whole Motus group!

perhaps you need to give a heap of attention to your service center than trying to close the barn door after the horse has bolted! Where was the calls when your system failed so magnificently this morning and why was no one answering our calls?? why must the clients phone you anyhow when you messed things up? only one word can describe your service "FAILURE"
As previously stated We have cancelled the policy now and seriously don't want to have to deal with Liquid capital for another minute.
