Liquid Capital sucks

I took out a service plan with liquid capital on the 13th of November and for some other reason it was cancelled. I've called them numerous times and some customer care agents told me it was cancelled by wesbank and some told me that I didn't took out the service plan and some told me i was cancelled due to duplication. Well I than took out a new one on the 9th of December and now i have to wait another month for my car to be covered and my car is already due for a service. This people at liquid capital are really in competent all useless and another thing that makes me more angry is that when i took out the service plan on the 13th of November the gentleman by the name of Karabo told me that im covered immediately and i should receive my documents within the next 30 minutes but nothing and also told me that calls are being recorded so I can go back to it if im unhappy. I tried to log a complaint at the customer care but nothing they are rather covering him. Think twice before using Liquid Capital.
