Liquid Capital suck

Extened the service plan for my kia almost a year ago. Paid in full, got all the paperwork and was told the plan was in order. Now send my car for the service and they won't service my car beacause the plan is 'future active'. Now my car is going to be over the allovated kms all because they can't do their jobs!
