Liquid capital ****

My service plan was close to expire during lockdown. I got no email or message that it was going to expire. When I go for service today they tell me nothing they can do, this was 2 months after it expired. Because of lockdown we couldn't go as essential worker and no time, then I hear they gave extensions for people but they never contacted me. Most unreliable, *************, Uncaring company I have ever come across in my life, best part is my car isn't even close to the milage for the service. It's all a ****, they call you to sell but can't call to say the plan is almost due to cancel. Then make it out to be our fault.
