Liquid capital ripping people off

When I bought my car, I purchased an extended warranty package from liquid capital which was supposed to kick in when my original car warranty expired. Liquid capital started the cover a year before the original warranty of my car expired. I have tried to get this rectified by providing them with proof and letters from the dealership but nothing has been done to fix this. Liquid capital keep rejecting all the proof I have sent even though it is what they requested. I am getting really frustrated. Not sure what to do now.
