liquid capital - ripping me off

I currently have a service plan with motor happy / liquid capital . My last service is done and I wanted to renew my service plan . Firstly I only got a quiet and came to find out that the plan is accepted , secondly I have been on the plan and still I am being charged a registering fee when I have been with this company for years and I am renewing , no payments were missed I am continuing my plan . Thirdly was just told that I will be debited for the old plan and I will be debited for the new plan with an acceptance fee/registering fee as if I am a new customer

I am paying fees as if I am aa new customer apparently this is the company rules , well I think they are just trying to rip people off . I need to pay the old policy and the new policy oh my word !!!

Please could you assist me because when I phone in a m transferred from pillar to post when I call it as no one knows what’s happening
