Liquid Capital Refund

I have been struggling to get back my money from Liquid Capital for 3 Months now if its not longer. They owe me a refund for my warranty. I have been told in April the payment will be done 7-21 day's, I've waited and received nothing (Not a call back to let me know nothing). I phoned them to ask when will this get done because I need my money they said they are awaiting on Kia to pay them then they will pay me. I waited 2 months for Kia to make a payment, 2weeks ago Kia made a payment (I'm still waiting on the refund). I phoned today and I get told I shouldn't expect the money shortly! and that there is a lot of people who needs to sign it off and unfortunately not everyone is available to sign so I just have to be patient. Is three months not patient enough ?

If the table was turned and I owed them the money I will get black listed, but if its them owing you money they couldn't care less.

Its unacceptable and I will never ever use them again. I am very disappointed with the service I received from them.
