Liquid Capital putting money over lives.

I took a service plan with Liquid Capital under the Motus Corp about 2 years ago. I only took my car in once. I have paid dilligently with the exception of 3 months, where I had fradu activity on my account and had my debits reversed. I have a new account and advised them to debit from that going forward, I informed them I need to take my car in for service, informed of the km its on. I asked what amount is outstanding so I can pay and take my car in. I was informed its about 1689. I made the payment. To my horror, when I took my car. They advised the policy doesnt cover the mileage my car is on now (89000KM). I asked for a refund since I didnt use the policy. I told blankly that they will NOT return the funds. And why didnt I take the car it. I can accept my error, although I was a victim of ***** like many in this country. But to be told I cannot have MY MONEY back is so arrogant. Actually, it is THEFT on their part. Since I didnt use the service, and had no use for it. Why can't I get the money back. I just want my money back. I can use it rather to get the service done. Except I now have to pay extra on a new policy and only in 4 months will they service the car. So basically they say I should drive daily and risk mine and my kids lives so they can have their money. I am so disappointed. Actually I am disgusted.
