I had the “pleasure” of being called by one of your sales agents calling with regards to a service plan. When I questioned the “gentleman” about the product (which he didn’t seem to understand) he we on to try to use the “do you want the product or not” tactic. When that tactic failed, due to me needing more info into the pricing and packaging of the product, he found another awesome tactic - asking me if money is now a problem for me! I was wowed, I was really wowed seems that the training at liquid capital surely is world class!
