Liquid capital policies appear to be a rip-off.

I signed up for a service plan for 3 services with Liquid Capital in May 2013. Since then every service has been a nightmare of tension and arguments. I remember there was a service where the dealership was told that my car should not be doing a particular service because my kilometers were too high. Apparently they migrated from one system to the other and did not do this with proper due diligence. Eventually they did the service after so much stress. Also the last time, my wife took her car in , they came back with the excuse that the vehicle was too late for service whereas the kilometers were not even up to the service estimate. it took so many emails and interventions to get the service authorised. Now i need to do my third service and i am told my plan has expired. I said then refund my debit orders as i understand that i paid for 3 services. They have refused. Worse still, even though the plan was said to have expired in May 2016, Liquid capital still deducted debit orders from my account in June and July. i have logged a call since wednesday the 10th of August. No response. I would want to either have my refunds for all the debit orders for 12 months for the 2 vehicles or they honour the services. Otherwise this is a CONSUMER RIP-OFF AND CONSUMERS NEED TO BE AWARE.
