Liquid Capital please respond

I took out an extended warranty policy for my car last year and paid my full premium up front. I unfortunately now need to process a warranty claim and to my shock, no policy was every issued. I have tried to sort this out between Liquid Capital and M-sure but am not getting anywhere. I have emailed the complaints line but have had no response and the agent that sold me the policy is also not responding to my emails.

Hopefully I will get a response now that I have used the Hellopeter platform.
