Liquid Capital - Please get someone senior to contact me

Hi everyone. So to put my experience lightly, I received a call from a great lady named Annah today from Liquid Capital regarding the extending of my Hyundai i10 service plan. Her service was impeccable and great & for that I commend her. However, this experience was short lived. My service plan ended a few months back and haven't really had the finances to commit to an extended service plan. However my 90000km Major service is coming up in August and I decided that it's better for me to rather fork out the few rands to get this extended service plan. After speaking to Annah I then spoke to her supervisor who informed me that I will not be covered as they require 4 successful debit orders to go off before the plan is active which means my 4th installment would be end September which is also beyond their 30 day window they allow. I asked is not possible to be double debited this month or even let them allow me to pay the first premium in cash & then pay my first actual debit first July making it then 2 successful payments so that 1st September would be my 4th payment and that will then fall within the 30 day period to have my service approved. I was told this cannot be done. Bear in mind my vehicle services already belong to Liquid Capital since inception of purchase. I am highly frustrated because whether or not they debit me twice or allow me to pay the first Premium upfront in cash I am still paying for this. I would like some form of solution from this company because I am willing to pay my first month or first 2 months premiums upfront as I cannot afford to pay the ridiculous price that Hyundai is asking for my 90000km service. Thanks
