Liquid Capital Negligence with clients informations

I have my vechile that was due for service before the lockdown but couldn't take it in, first because I had a car accident and my car was in for repair for a month of 2, my car later came out but this was during the lockdown. Not having an option because I am an essential worker i continued to use the car to travel to work. I have tooday taken my car in for service and the people who debit my account every month are now refusing to pay for a service.

Liquid capital asked for a permit before granting me a fix, i sent them the permit and my service request is still declined as they are sayin i should send the companies permit which i dont have access too.

but not only that they have gone and sent me another customers permit by the name Richard Wheeler all his details are visible in this permits. The bad service of Nthabiseng Nhlapo has gone as letting me in on other customers information.

Armand Dembskey who is declining my claim, i am surprised that he as a supervisor for customer service doesn't know client confidentiality also that we are all other lockdown and under different circumstances and that there is nothing i can do with the dealers being closed during this time.

I'm so disappointed in such reasoning for declining a service during such a time where even big companies are not working as usual. such disgusting service...
