Liquid Capital (Motus)

Most disappointing experience with Liquid Capital which is a division of MOTUS.

I did not even have my first debit order going through for my new plan (which is yet to go off in Feb 2020) and when I decide to cancel the plan they slap me with a cancellation fee of R644 and now state that I have a shortfall of 1142 and if I settle in one payment then it will be R1742.08?

I have not even taken my car in for a service and on top of that the plan only kicks in after 4 months waiting period.

These things are not very clearly explained when the consultant sells the product and they make it sound so sweet that you can cancel anytime.

Please be careful when taking out a plan with Liquid Capital because once you in the trap even the debit orders are difficult to stop.

Even when I ask for the CEO’s name and email they don’t reply back.
