Liquid Capital made right!
My policy was cancelled without my consent due to a misunderstanding. It took a little while and a bit of back and forth. But ultimately Liquid Capital did me RIGHT. They listened to the recordings of my phone calls and did an in depth investigation- they realised I never agreed to a cancellation m. Dolly, who was so lovely over the phone, gave me a call and my policy was reinstated. I did however have to bag pay my premiums. But that was never the issue for me. Thank you for making right!
