Liquid Capital /M Sure empty promises. Useless.

Hi everyone. I've taken a warranty policy with Liquid Capital /M sure. Worst attempt I've ever made in October 2020. Before registering for this warranty... I have confirmed with Liquid Capital and they confirmed with M Sure since M Sure is the policy holder...that I could go to any RMi approved service centre I wish(I HAVE PROOF OF THIS AS IT WAS RECEIVED BY EMAIL). I also mentioned my preferred RMi service centre which is JNJ Autoworks... Now that I need to Claim...M Sure refuses to allow me to go my preferred RMi service centre, they say that they don't allow it and I could only use their approved and preferred service centre which is far from me. I have never taken my car and not sure of their experience.

Please if you have taken this warranty with the above mentioned companies... Don't waste your money. They are *******s, and cannot keep to their promises. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND *********. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!
