liquid capital/ Kia East Rand - poor customer service

My daughter too her first car ever in for a free service a few months overdue and this company through Kia East Rand refused to service the vehicle. Friday 22 November. She has also been abroad during the time that the service was due.

The relentless attitude and even not responding to a request to review their decision is very disappointing.
