liquid capital is the worst service provider ever

i wanted to take my car for service and i decided to call liquid capital first as the last time i had to fight for authorization to be approved. to my surprise i have been told that my policy has terminated prematurely yet these ****s kept debiting money from my account, No NOTIFICATION was sent to me about the policy. had i not called today i was not gonna find out about the issue. i was made to hold the line for about 10 minutes and the next thing the consultant hang up on me and when i called again for further feedback and asked to be transferred to Brenda who I was talking to i was told I cannot talk to her regarding the issue since she has escalated the issue to the relevant people.its clear that liquid capital is out to rob the unsuspected people. the last time they didn't authorize for my accessory belt on the 90k service only for me to notice at a later stage . Even after fighting with them i still have to go through another struggle for my car to be serviced. it is high time for everyone to actually see who these people really are.
