Liquid capital is pathetic

I regret extending my service plan with this company. I jave been without a car for two days while waiting for them to authorize my service at the dealer. They been telling me since last week Tuesday that query has been escalated. Today they told the dealer i must call them myself so they can authorize and when i call they giving me the same story that query has been escalated. These people take me for a joke, all you hear from their agents is query has been escalated. What pathetic service is that.
