Liquid Capital is giving me the run around!

A claim was lodged with Liquid Capital for my wipers, brake pads and brake disc's. They then proceeded to tell the dealer that the brake discs would not be covered because the vehicle has too little mileage on it, mind you I've had the vehicle for almost 2 years now. When I call the call centre thru tell me they can't givee feedback on the discs because there is no claim on the system. I went back to the email and authorization consultants Amazing Ngwenya and Costantinos Tsakiris are advising this is not covered, so I call the call centre again and they advise yet again that there is no footprint on a claim for brake disc's. At this point I'm more than frustrated because I'm being given the run around. I'm unable to use the vehicle, my daughter can't get to school because Liquid Capital doesn't want to pay for a service that I prepaid for. My dealer can't change the brakes cause even if they do, the brake pads will be worn within less than a month because of the worn disc's. This is atrocious service and is impacting me negatively. Liquid Capital hasn't even had the decency to send me policy documents! I'll definitely be taking this to the ombudsman because I can't get answers from Liquid Capital
