Liquid capital is a **** 😡

I took out a service plan with Liquid capital last year, not sure which month so they have been debiting my account without worries right now I got a call from a lady yesterday telling me that my plan was canceled this year in April because of missed payments, I then went to check my bank statements.... They ddnt debit for 2 months which i was not even aware, they have to notify customers of missed payments but they didn't, so I asked a lady that I was nt aware. I made an arrangements with the lady to debit the whole premiums this coming month so she said the manager said I have to start afresh, I feel like I got ****med.... I'm not really happy with their service honestly
