Liquid Capital Insurance doesn't care

I have a policy product for service plan (LIQ****069343) and in April 2020 I sent an emial requesting a change of debit order date from month end to 15. I rep****t their email ***. on the 5th of August 2020 having drawn up my bank statement I noticed that Liquid Capital wasn't among the debit orders that went through I went back to my email looking for their contact numbers, I notice that the email I sent bounced back it did not go through. i noticed a second email address and I sent an email after waiting on-the line for quite a long time. so they respond to tell me that my policy was cancelled due to to non payment. They are ******** of the fact that they hadn't been on full capacity since March, secondly I indicate that I sent them an email which unfortunately did not go through. Of most importance is that my car is supposed to go for service soon am left with 1500 km. a consultant I spoke with rudely told me that they cant assist me irrespective of my explanation. I suspect Hollard is involved in this company these are their tactics.

ironical they want to offer me a new product but ignore the 12 months premiums I have been paying since my last service.
