Liquid capital. I'm very disappointed 😞

So I purchased a vehicle last year October at auto pedigree. The vehicle was on 59000 klm . Auto pedigree said that they will do my 60000 klm service for free. But I called and called and finally they told me to bring the vehicle in. So I was on 65000 klm at this point . Not knowing the sale agent took out a service plan by liquid capital when he sold me the vehicle. So seeing that my service was done on 65000 my next service was due on 80000klm . So I tried to claim for my service through liquid capital seeing that I've been paying them all this time but now they say they are rejecting my service reason being I'm over my klms . But auto pedigree did my service late and I didn't even know that I have a plan with liquid capital, I only found out a month ago. So I've been paying for nonsense and I'm gonna continue paying but they do not want to service my?
