Horrible experience with regards to my car maintenance policy

I can't believe that with the having a national lockdown and not being able to be assisted with having my car serviced at most providing them with enough proof as to why I couldn't bring my car to be serviced at the dealership at the required time let alone at the time when I got my car I was told that I can take my car to be serviced at any point that I feel that my car needs to be serviced.
