Liquid Capital has Very poor service and have no respect to their customers

I have a Vehicle insurance cover with Liquid Capital. The policy cover for 2 vehicles. When I call Hollard for towing assistance on 21/05/2019, they told me they don't have my second vehicle on the cover. I have been paying this service for more than 2 years and I never have a claim. I call back liquid capital to inform them Hollard is unable to assist as they cant see the vehicle. Liquid keep sending me back to Hollard and I did not get assistance, I end up towing the vehicle to the nearest place for safety at my own cost. I then ask to speak to the manager, however they advised manager not available. Then I prompt them to convey the messages and tell the manager to call me within 24hour. They never call me back. That was it. So much disappointed that I have been paying these guys for service and I never claim and in return they were unable to help me.
