Liquid Capital - Extended Warranty

18 months ago I purchased a vehicle from Audi in Northcliff, Johannesburg. At the same time I purchased an extended Warranty from their preferred supplier - a company called Liquid Capital.

I paid for this policy at the time and received confirmation that I was covered. I have just discovered that the policy was never activated. I have contacted Audi and Liquid Capital and they are refusing to comment or provide any explanation for the matter. I doubt very much they would honour any warranty claim considering the way they do business.

I will never purchase a vehicle again from Audi in Northcliff, Johannesburg again nor will I ever deal with Liquid Capital.
