Liquid Capital empty promises!

So on Friday 30 April I wrote a negative review about Liquid Capital. I was promptly contacted by them and was apologised to and they promised that my query will be resolved. They even sent a bouquet of flowers to my workplace. I was promised that I will get an e-mail confirming that my service plan will be activated and I will receive an e-mail confirming this as well as I will receive a call back on Monday. Today I phone them again since I never got the call or the e-mail and I spoke with Phineas. So today I am being told that my service plan has still not been activated and they do no know who the lady is that I spoke with. Also Phineas informed me that I have to pay over R1000 to activate my service plan. I am so frustrated with Liquid Capital. I don't know which way is up with them anymore. I am so over it, I wish I could just cancel this service plan because it is just irritating me.
