LIQUID CAPITAL DOES NOT KEEP ITS PROMISES
In September 2014, I took out a thirty-six months or up to 60 000km maintenance and service plan. When my car reached 60 000km in September 2016, I extended this plan for another twenty-four months or up to 92 500km.
Today, when I took my car in for its 90 000km service. Liquid capital says my plan has expired because the first plan was only valid for two years.
How does thirty-six months equal two years?
Their costumer care agents do not answer their phones nor do their they e-mail as promised.
