Liquid Capital disappoints once again!!!!

Once again I am not happy with the service received. I called on Monday advising that I need to book my car in for service and I was given the go ahead. now my car is at the dealership and Liquid Capital is not authorizing my claim, I went through the same thing last year and once again I am experiencing it. I can't wait until this contract expires. I am fed up with this poor service.
