LIQUID CAPITAL DID NOT RESOLVE THE MATTER TO THE END

The financial company that is employed or is used by Renault road assist is called Liquid Capital. LiquidCapital (Pty) Ltd is Authorised Financial Services Provider FSP 6210.

Registration Number: ***

Directors: L Bakoro (Chairperson)**, KA Cassel (MD), B Francis**, DP MacPherson, JA Nolan, F Roestorff, GW Walker

On the 24/06/2016 Liquid capital appointed Crash Motors PE to tow my vehicle from Grahamstown to PE Renault. On the arrival back from the dealer I noticed that the vehicle had been damaged. I tried to deal with Crash Motors but they refused to take responsibility and I was advised to call Renault assist. I was helped by someone called Siphiwe Mnguni and he couldn’t resolve the matter I requested to be transferred to the Supervisor Mongameli Masondo and I gave him my side of the story and I told him and even sent him voice recording to show how unfairly this service provider has treated me.

Eventually Crash Motors had agreed to repair the vehicle. I requested that Liquid Capital liaise with Crash Motors and tell them that my commitment require a vehicle therefore I must be provided with a courtesy vehicle. Mr Masondo told me to talk to Crash Motors about it.

I made myself clear to Liquid Capital and Crash Motors PE when I told them that I am not in a position to release a car without being provided a courtesy vehicle as I have commitments weekdays.

I feel Mr Mongameli Masondo should have also attended to the Courtesy vehicle issue as he had the power to attend to the damages caused, I did not choose the towing company they did nor did I damage my own car. I should not even be talking to the towing company after I handed my matter to them, they were supposed to meet up with my expectations as a client.

The last time I called Mr Mongameli the supervisor I spoke to Simphiwe Mnguni and he did not transfer me to him and he told me that I must leave a message for him, I asked Mr Simphiwe Mnguni to transfer me to the Manager and he said Mr Mongameli will call me back. to this day., I never received a call From Mongameli regarding the courtesy vehicle issue. I had to go back and deal with a company that abused me emotionally, treated me unfairly and gave me names called me rude.

Crash motors could not provide a vehicle even to this day my car is still have the two huge holes on the bumper and the grill is still broken. I expected Liquid Capital to act on my behalf as their client and they did not, instead no one ever bothered to check or get a feedback regarding the issue.

Unhappy Client

O. Nhube
