Liquid Capital cannot honour their promises and grant customers the same courtesy when they have to be the ones paying customers.

I had a service plan with Liquid Capital and cancelled the service in Feb 2019 as I was trading in my car for a new one. I was supposed to get a refund as I did not use their service plan before I changed my car. The cancellation process was said to take up to 21 days to complete and for me to get my refund for the money I paid without using their service plan. It's May 2019 now and I still have to be the one chasing them to get my refund. My follow up emails were never being responded to and the effort had to come from my side to get my money. I have given Liquid Capital no problems with payments yet they cannot grant me the same courtesy when they have to pay my money back. I'm very disappointed by their service.
