Liquid Capital Breach of Contract

Salesman sold a Extended warrantee plan and when the day came to claim , they said the plan was incorrectly sold to me and that they could not penalise the salesman as he no longer works there. I unfortunately am still paying this monthly and i cant even claim for what has been sold to me. The People at the call center Princess Kuboni are making false statements and are trying to ignore this fault from their side. ********* behavior.
