Liquid Capital BAD

Please help yourself.... Liquid Capital is bad news they show no regard for their customer, their service is really bad i have been querying their refund policy and requesting for it for over a week without any feedback they keep sending me query numbers/sm's however no action...one of the agents after being on an hour call has not captured any notes on the query when i called back there is no history of my request?... they don't want to share their calculations nor formula to how they will treat my refund. I have never dealt with such ever i must say i am very disappointed!!!!!! they are quick to take your money.
