Liquid Capital are a bunch of bullies

I have taken out a second vehicle service plan with liquid capital after my first three year contract had expired. When you take out a service plan with liquid capital they say that they have to receive four payments before the service plan becomes active. So I have now made two payment, one at the end of February and one at the end of March, my April debit order is still to go off. Unfortunately I have now reached the service mileage on my vehicle before they had received a fourth payment. So after spending loads of time on the phone I was told that they can make a special arrangement for me. So my common sense says that if they need to receive four payments before you can service your vehicle I need to do one more cash payment before I can service my vehicle (Once my April debit order goes off). Now I am being told by Balesa in customer service and Lerato in collections that after they receive my April debit order I need to make another two payments before I can service my vehicle. Which means they now want FIVE payments before the vehicle can be serviced. I am sorry, I know that they are making an arrangement by letting me make an upfront payment but when did the contract terms change from them having to receive FOUR payments to FIVE payments. If I had not reached my mileage before the four month waiting period and I had to book it one day after my fourth debit order went off, would they then have demanded a fifth payment as well or am I being bul**** into making five payments because they know I need to have my vehicle serviced. I would have thought the fact that this is my second service plan with them and I have never missed a single payment there would have been some gratitude for being a loyal client. I am willing to make the fourth payment upfront that they would have received anyway at the end of May. Maybe I should find alternative transport and park my car until the end of May and the on the first of June once my debit order goes off I should book my service.
