Liquid Capital and Kia does not stand behind clients during Lockdown
Post Lockdown service refused by Kia.
As an essential service provider during lockdown in South Africa, we were obligated to continue our service in Cape Town.
We arranged the service with Kia. On the day the Kia Sportage was booked in we received news from KIA service centre Stikland that Kia/Liquid Capital refuse to pay for the service.
After explaining and submitting my certificate and documents as essential service they still refuse to carry out the service.
The lady at Liquid Capital does not even respond, answer het phone or emails. At Kia the lady at switchboard put you on hold for at least 10 minutes without communicating what can be done to assist. After complaining to her she did it again.
After spending time trying to get help, Kia responded with a solution: "Do the small service (oil and oil filter) in order to save you a bit"
Kia's slogan is "the POWER to SURPRISE" .. THAT MAKES SENCE! They do that very well!
I need my car serviced. Who can assist us please!
