LIQUID CAPITAL AND HYUNDAI EAST RAND ARE EQUALLY FULL OF NONSENSE. TOTALLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I purchased a Hyundai i20 in 2020 from Hyundai East Rand and I was promised a 3 year service plan before purchase.

To my surprise, when booking for a service I was informed this would be my last service. The consultant at Hyundai East Rand advised me to contact Liquid Capital because the service done before I purchased the car is the third service I supposedly was meant to get (so I technically already got it but I wasn't made aware of this).

When I called Liquid Capital, a rude consultant told me that the company has nothing to do with what Hyundai East Rand promised and that I should take it up with them. I've had back and forths with these companies and obviously the pressure for them is to pay for the major service that is pending. We are sold dreams just to purchase and there are never consequences for the lies promised.
