I have been a loyal customer for quite a while now,

I have taken out your services, in order to minimize my pocket, when services come, but the calibre of service you provide is pathetic, today I was caught with my pants down, I have taken out a contract for 36 months, and when taking out the contract, I can be assured that one of the three services has to be a major one, I was appalled at such behaviour, that you instruct the dealership on what services you pay for and they are measly between R1500 – R2000, That even I could have paid if I have saved my R344, myself, firstly the three services not one was a major and costed just about R4600. I have to pay you Liquid capital in the region of R13000. So what is happening to my R8400, going into whose pocket, I paid R2025, this afternoon which I was not prepared for, I called your pople and spend well over R200 Airtime, so enough is enough, you cancel this contract now immediately I cannot pay anymore for poor service, because I don’t have this money to lose, taking a pay cut and also the unreliable service and controlling, manner that you possess of our money.

I Actually have a good mind to take my business elsewhere where I will be treated fair and respect, I hope you would look into the matter, I want my R2000 back that was our food money, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.
