Liquid Capital

Hi. On 3 June I wanted to book my car in for a service with Hyundai but they told me i should have been there in Jan. The previous service consultant told me to come in after 15000km's (as i did) and did not mention after 1 year or 15000km which ever comes first and have to get approval from Liquid capital first. I phoned 5th of June again and still they did not come back to me. I phoned again today 8th June and they failed on their promise on getting back to me. This results in me having over R10000 paid for a servive plan which is financed with my car I've paid for and can't use because Hyundai failed to tell me to service the car after a year which comes before the 15000km. Liquid capital can't answer me if and when i can use this service plan again, but happy to take my thousands paid upfront.
