Liquid Capital

The claim for a service on my vehicles was done 5hours ago but till now it has not been approved by Liquid Capital. I called at 11:35 and I was told that in 10mins it will be sorted but 2hours later I get a call from the Dealer saying that they've only received an email now at 13:55 requesting for more information and this means the dealer will not be able to start the service now as it's already after 2pm and it's a Major service that needs to be done. I'm not happy at all with the Autorization Dept of Liquid Capital, very *********** and poor service.
