Liquid assist

I've have had a good relationship with Liquid Capital when I need my car to be serviced or maintained. I recently missed my service date due to unforeseen life circumstances and I ended up totally missing my service date. I called liquid capital and they said there might be a chance that they might not pay the claim , they did however say they might be able to assist so I need some kind of confirmation something will be done.
