lies and poor service

<p>I sent a car for the service, they told me the brakepads are not covered, I been shocked because I communicated with them making an enquiry regarding the the policy and now they told me that the brake pads are not covered, the person you spoke too made a mistake so the car it only covered for the service only.</p> <p> </p>
