Liers!! Appaulingly horrible service

This company is full of ****! They refused to pay for my 1st ever service warranty, promised to reimburse me at the end of my policy, and never did! I then did a policy renewal and then they started double debiting me claiming that i was still owing on my old policy which is strange coz i never missed a payment. I have been calling their offices and have been sent from pillar to post regarding my reimbur*****t and the double debit issue i am tired of it! I'm reporting them to the ombudsman and every other platform i can until they treat us like paying customers. Their agents are rude and the managers are *****!! Bull**** service! Anyone reading this, don't use Liquid Capital. They lie!!
